(LexisNexis) Access to Canadian court and tribunal case decisions, full-text legal journal articles, rules of court, statutes and regulations, and legal dictionaries and glossaries. Sessions time-out automatically after 60 minutes. To restart your session, you must close your browser window and then come back through Seneca Libraries' pages; do not click the "Sign In" button that appears in the Lexis platform.
(LexisNexis) A large multi-tiered database of thousands of sources including newspapers, journals, wire services, newsletters, company reports and SEC filings, case law, government documents, transcripts of broadcasts, and selected reference works.
The Lexum collection contains the Supreme Court of Canada judgments since 1907 and judgments in leave applications since 2006. The collection is updated within minutes of the public release of the judgments by the Court.
Information on criminal justice, public law and private international law through the Justice Laws Website. Provides access to Canada's Consolidated Statutes and Regulations. Links to PDF versions of all Acts and Regulations.
This collection includes the decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of Canada since 1948. While the database is not comprehensive for previous years, many decisions before 1948 are available, including all decisions originating from Ontario and British Columbia back to 1876.
Decisions published in the Supreme Court Reports from 1970 to date are available in both English and French. Decisions published prior to 1970 are available in the language of publication only.
