Faculty and staff may book the room for training.
Students may use the room during times when it is not booked by faculty and staff. Students should check the booking sheet which is posted on the glass by the door to the classroom (subject to change).
Library activities have priority. The earliest we will accept requests for the room from departments outside the Library is two weeks prior the requested date(s). If there are no Library instruction classes scheduled for the room, we will make it available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please submit your request via the outlook calendar and the booking administrator will approve/deny. If you need to book something sooner, please contact the Support Services Officer in your department for room availability elsewhere on campus.
Room B2078 is located in the Newnham Computing Commons, close to the ITS Help Desk.
Our classrooms are available during the hours that the library is open.
Any problems with hardware or software should be reported to staff at the ITS Help Desk.
