Request to Use Library Materials in Class

Seneca Faculty may request to borrow library materials, including Reference and non-circulating items, to use in class.

Please submit your request at least 3 working days in advance.

This form will be sent via e-mail to the Reference Desk, where the materials will be compiled and set aside for you to pickup.

Please present your Seneca ID at the Circulation Desk to sign out the materials for 3 hours.
