Audio-Visual Equipment / Media Booking Request
for Seneca@York Campus

Audio-Visual equipment and materials must be booked a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your showing. When booking videos from another campus, please allow adequate courier time.

Booking requests are confirmed only upon receipt of an e-mail or telephone reply.

Please use a separate form for each show date.
You may enter multiple videos titles for a single show date.

TV/VCR carts are delivered to classrooms at King and Newnham Campuses. All other equipment and all videos must be picked up and returned to Audio-Visual Services at your campus.
