Direct Borrowing Policy
Direct Borrowings are available to all students and employees from all Ontario colleges participating in the Direct Borrowing agreement.
To register as a Direct Borrower, the prospective borrower must have a current identification card issued by the home college and another piece of photo ID with address, e.g. Driver's License, Health Card.
Part-time students/employees may not have been issued an ID by the home college. The document must have a start and end date.
A generic library card will be issued and the card will be expired on the date stated on the home college ID. If there is no expiry date on the home college ID, proof of registration/employment from the home college is required to verify the current status. This proof must have a start and end date.
