How to Book Videos and DVDs

Borrowing Guidelines

Seneca students, faculty and staff may borrow videos and DVDs for screening within the College, but not for home use. Preview facilities are available in each of the Seneca Libraries. All other media items may be signed out for one week.

How to book a video or DVD

Videos, DVDs and other media may be booked by contacting Audio-Visual Services at your campus or by completing the Audio-Visual Request Form.

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your showing. When booking videos/DVDs from another campus, please allow adequate shipping time. Students must provide instructor's name when booking videos/DVDs for classroom presentations. TV/VCR/DVD carts for classroom use are to be booked at the same time.
